Product Introduction

Single-port drying filter uses high-quality copper tubes, available in various specifications to meet different needs. It adopts XH-9 molecular sieve, which has good compatibility and is compatible with various refrigerants such as R12, R22, R124, R125, R134a, R600 refrigerants; R404a, R407c, R410A non-azeotropic refrigerants; R500 series azeotropic refrigerants.

  A filter is an indispensable device on the medium delivery pipeline, usually installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, constant water level valves, and other equipment. The filter consists of a cylinder, stainless steel filter mesh, sewage discharge part, transmission device, and electrical control part. The water to be treated passes through the filter cartridge of the filter mesh, where impurities are blocked. When cleaning is needed, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, clean it, and reinstall it, making maintenance very convenient. During operation, the water to be filtered enters through the water inlet, flows through the filter mesh, and exits through the outlet into the pipeline required by the user for process circulation. Particulate impurities in the water are trapped inside the filter mesh. As this cycle continues, the trapped particles increase, the filtration speed slows down, and the incoming sewage continues to flow in, causing the filter pores to become smaller. This creates a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches a set value, the differential pressure transmitter sends an electrical signal to the controller. The control system starts the drive motor, which rotates the shaft through the transmission assembly, while the sewage discharge port opens to discharge waste. After the filter mesh is cleaned, the pressure difference drops to the minimum value, the system returns to the initial filtering state, and normal operation resumes.
